Find help with your BWS account, purchases, and listings.
Account access: use the sign-in page to reset a forgotten password or resend your confirmation email. Your dashboard contains notifications, saved items, and saved addresses.
Buying: review the asking price, item description, delivery method, and seller information. Use Messages to ask questions and My Orders to check purchases.
Selling: create and manage items in My Listings. Business storefronts are submitted from My Profile & Store and require approval before appearing publicly.
For suspected fraud, listing concerns, payment disputes, or seller-verification questions, submit a report in the Trust & dispute center.
