Represent your items clearly and accurately.
Use your own accurate photos and descriptions, disclose condition, and confirm availability and delivery terms. Do not misrepresent brand authenticity or seller verification.
Manage availability in My Listings and communicate with buyers through Messages. Business storefronts require approval before appearing publicly.
Accurate listings
Use clear photos of the actual item. Describe condition, defects, included accessories, location, and delivery arrangements. Use the correct category and do not present demonstration inventory as available stock.
Manage your inventory
Keep availability current and remove or archive unavailable items. Draft and archived listings remain in your seller account, not in public browsing.
Business and trust
Business-store approval and identity verification are separate from paid seller plans. Do not claim approval, verification, or completed purchases that have not been recorded.
