Do not offer stolen or counterfeit items, conceal an item’s true condition, or use misleading claims about authenticity or seller verification.
Sensitive information
Do not use listings or messages to sell account access or request passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents. Report suspected fraud through the Trust & dispute center.
Policy review
A complete category-by-category prohibited-items policy, including regulated goods and local-law requirements, has not yet been approved. Listing availability is not proof that a transaction is lawful.
