Your marketplace information
The final Privacy Policy has not yet been supplied by BWS.
Public profile information is opt-in. Addresses, messages, and order details are restricted to their authorized users. Listing activity displays aggregate counts, not visitor identities.
Account information
Your account may contain a display name, business details, saved addresses, notification preferences, favorites, messages, and order information. Only profile fields you opt to publish are shown through public profiles.
Public and private activity
Published listing information and aggregate activity can be viewed publicly. Private messages, saved addresses, and orders are restricted to authorized accounts; public view counts do not expose visitor identities.
Payments and identity checks
Payment and identity services use Stripe where configured. Do not upload card details or identity documents into ordinary marketplace messages or support reports.
Privacy requests
Contact support about account-information concerns without including sensitive documents. Retention periods, deletion procedures, and the complete legal privacy notice still require BWS confirmation.
