Available delivery methods appear on each listing. Confirm shipping costs, pickup arrangements, and estimated delivery dates with the seller before paying.
Track marketplace order status in My Orders. Contact the seller through Messages if a delivery is delayed.
Before you buy
Check whether the item offers shipping, local pickup, both, or a private viewing. Ask the seller about packaging, tracking, delivery costs, and any collection requirements before committing.
When your item arrives
Compare the item with its description and keep your order reference and delivery evidence. If the package is damaged or the item is missing, contact the seller through Messages and explain the issue.
Large and high-value assets
Property, businesses, and inquiry-only assets require arrangements directly with the seller. A marketplace inquiry is not a completed purchase or a delivery guarantee.
